Goods are shipped via Australia Post and only available to be delivered to an Australian address.
Shipping to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes are accepted.
The Windsor will use its best endeavours to arrange delivery within five business days in metropolitan Melbourne. Longer periods apply to country and interstate regions.
The Windsor will not take responsibility for any goods misplaced or lost by Australia Post during delivery, or in the event where an address is entered inaccurately at time of purchase. All appropriate steps are taken to ensure goods are sent to the correct address.
