A favourite, our delicious Christmas puddings are prepared early in the year, with the mixed peel, sultanas, raisins and currants left to soak in a brandy, rum and Guinness mix. Beautifully wrapped in calico, they are best enjoyed with a warm brandy sauce, eggnog or custard, and make a wonderful addition to your Christmas feasts.
Ingredients: Flour, eggs, apple, sultanas, raisins, currants, brown sugar, breadcrumbs, suet, treacle, mixed peel, almonds, Guinness, brandy, rum, mixed spices, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Order notes: Pudding pick ups start on Wednesday 22 November and require 48 hours notice, with orders closing at 7pm two days prior. Your pudding can be picked up on your selected day from The Windsor’s concierge between 12pm and 6pm. Please select your pick up day below.
