[Pick Up] Cherry, Black Tea & Brandy Pudding [GF]

This pudding is filled with cranberries, sour cherry, currants, pears, raisins and peel, infused with a dash of orange juice and black tea, and scented with fragrant spices including cinnamon, nutmeg and native pepper. A splash of brandy gives it a wonderfully festive punch! Add a bottle of bubbly or our house made brandy vanilla custard, which accompanies your pudding beautifully.

This pudding is 100% gluten-free and prepared in our gluten-free kitchen. While the pudding does not contain dairy or nuts, it is prepared in an environment that may contain traces of these products.

Ingredients: Brown sugar, margarine, eggs, gluten-free breadcrumbs, currants, carrot, raisins, black tea, orange, cranberries, sour cherries, dates, pear, citrus peel, brandy, rice flour, corn flour, golden syrup, native pepper, baking powder, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.
